We want you to be satisfied with your Blacnek.com purchases. If that’s not the case, we’ll gladly accept merchandise for return, provided it:

Hasn’t been washed, worn, or altered

It could take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified.

 

PURCHASES WITH CREDIT CARDS         

Any credit will be refunded to the original tender.

 

PURCHASES WITH GIFT CARDS

If any portion of your purchase was paid for by gift card, you will receive the full value of your return on a Blacnek.com Gift Card.

 

PURCHASES WITH PAYPAL OR PAYPAL CREDIT

PayPal purchases will be reimbursed directly to your PayPal or PayPal Credit account.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

No, at the time our system is not setup to do any international deliveries, but are currently working towards establishing international business in the near future.

 

How do I track my order?

 

  • We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order.

  • If you have a BLACNEK.com profile, sign in to your account. You'll see which purchases are on the way and get to the shipment tracking updates.

  • If you don't have an account, find your order number, then go to order information and enter it.

Do you offer any promotions?

 

We like to reward our customers with special promotional offers. Available promotions will be sent to customers through email or indicated on relevant pages of our website.

 

We offer:

  • Gifts with Purchase: Some of our most popular promotions are complimentary gifts with larger purchases. These promotions are typically associated with a specific item or minimum order total. If shipping to multiple destinations, the gift will automatically ship to the billing address.

  • Buy & Save: This promotion allows our customers to receive a discount by purchasing three or more of one item or specified group of items. The discount will apply in the Checkout process.

  • Employee Discount: BLACNEK employees may enter their employee numbers in the promotion code field during the Checkout process.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

 

Yes.  For information, see our Returns & Exchanges policy. For orders shipped internationally, you'll need to contact us and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization form.

 

What method of payment can I use?

 

BLACNEK accepts the following:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Network.

  • BLACNEK Gift Cards: To use online, enter the Gift Card number, along with the access code, in the payment section in Checkout.
